Pre-Associate Patrick Aller works in hospitality and event planning for Hilton, while Associate Jason Wilhite is an activism team lead for Patagonia. Both were involved in the Viatorian Youth Congress and they explain here how that experience played into their majors in college and eventual career paths.
“I wanted to understand businesses and systems and economies to better understand how to be a more effective advocate,” says Jason, who majored in human resources management and services at St. Louis University. “A lot of it started with VYC, learning about two feet of social change and how to make a difference.”
