The Viatorians were honored in March by officials with Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep in North suburban Chicago, at the school’s
annual Founders’ Dinner.
The Viatorians were among the founding religious communities to financially back the high school when it opened in 2004, and they continue to support it. Over the years, Viatorians have served in administration, on its board, on the faculty and staff, in Campus Ministry and as mentors and benefactors.”When this school started 10 years ago, the Clerics said, ‘Count us in,’ ” Kendall added. “And that has been their word and deed ever since. Their commitment to our students is heartfelt and deep.”
“Thank you Viatorians, for your vocations, for your generosity and for believing in Cristo Rey St. Martin,” Kendall said. “Your gift gives us hope for an even brighter future.”
